We have developed a Native American specific leadership process that places Native culture and tradition at the center. We designed a process to more fully embrace Native Leadership. We have designed the core elements of the leadership process to embrace and engage the Native perspective of leadership. We have also designed the method of delivery so as to capture the culture and traditions of the community. Our Leadership process has a clearly native perspective.
